a NICER way
By setting up a Network for International Credential Evaluation Resources we are hoping to provide community stakeholders in the region with information about international education systems and how those systems align with educational benchmarks in the United States. The goal is to provide access to employment and further education opportunities in the region for immigrants whose educational experiences have been obtained outside the United States
This network has been created by Rebecca Murphy, in partial fulfillment of a Doctor of Education at the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University. With more than two decades of international credential evaluation experience, and a particular research interest in comparative curriculum studies, Rebecca is currently examining the impact that providing community stakeholders with additional information about global education systems and how they relate to each other in an effort to create access to education and employment opportunities for immigrants to the region.
